West Virginia Introduces Bill to Exempt
Old Cars/Motorcycles From State Registration Fees

A bill (H.B. 2995) is pending in the West Virginia legislature that would remove the requirement that owners of antique motor vehicles, antique motorcycles, classic motor vehicles and classic motorcycles pay an annual registration fee for these vehicles.
