Street Rodders in Golden Colorado September Grand
Opening, Open House. Celebration and Fundraiser.
Street Rod Enthusiasts and Classic Car fans from all over the Denver area
gathered in Golden Colorado to welcome in Golden RODtronics.
These folks also raised funds for the Douglas County (Georgia) Humane
Society.
Sam Memmolo "The Shadetree Mechanic" and Host of Speed Channel's Two Guys
Garage traveled to Colorado to host the Grand Opening of a Street Rod Shop
owned by his friends Lori and Dave Kopser.
Sam Memmolo was the celebrity host,and spent the entire day with a great
group of Street Rodders and Hot Rodders. When Sam was told that Rodtronics
wanted to donate the days proceeds to Sam's favorite charity, Douglas
County Humane Society were the first words from Sam's mouth.
Even though the day started out with Colorado rainy skys, the event was a
huge success. Folks came from all around the state of Colorado to celebrate
the hard work by Dave and Lori Kopser, owners of Golden RodTronics (Street
Rod Supplies and Engineering). There were over 125 incredible Hot Rods and
Muscle Cars on display, terrific food, wonderful door prizes, great
giveaways and many volunteers. The recipe for fun was complete.
Sam was quoted as saying "Hot Rodders, Street Rodders and just real car guys
and gals are amongst the most caring and generous people in the country".

The Douglas County Humane Society,
promotes and assists in spay/neuter accessibility, maintains a pet pantry
for underprivileged pet owners, assists in animal relocation, adoptions,
